Ammendment 002:Posted 4/15. Answer to received question, due date clarification and revised Spec. Amendment 001: Posted on $/13 Reissue of RFO 697DCK-21-R-00081. This new RFO is Full and Open to any and all interested businesses, regardless of size. To design and install a replacement Building Automation System (BAS) and relocate an HVAC distribution panel for the Bethel Air Traffic Control Tower (BET ATCT). The work will be procured under a firm fixed price, design-build contract and delivered in accordance with the provided template BAS specifications and other FAA Standards referenced in this document.
