Amendment 0002 is issued and attached Amendment 0001 is issued and attached The FAA Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort to replace Gazebo, Deck, and Area Way Stairs at the Leesburg Air Route Traffic Control Center, Leesburg, VA. The project is set aside for Small Business. The NACIS code is 237990, size standard of $39.5 million. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, Wage Rates, and COVID Letter, are attached to this announcement. All documents are available in pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $100,000- $300,000. Payment and Performance Bonds are required. A site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 9:00 am. Due COVID restrictions each contractor is limited to two (2) attendees. All attendees must adhere to the attached COVID Letter. In addition, attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. state driver’s license) to gain access to the site. All prospective attendees must submit a list of attendance 48 hours in advance to the site visit to Dawn.A-CTR.Capers@faa.gov and Susan.Newcomb@faa.gov. Any contractor not on the list will be denied access to the facility.
