Amendment 0003 is posted for questions and answers The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Enroute Construction Group, Boston Office AAQ540 intends to prequalify contractors interested in receiving the RFO package for the replacement and upgrade of the chiller system and facility building automation system at the Washington Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) located at 3701 Macintosh Dr., Warrenton, VA. The Request for Offer (RFO) will be issued to the prequalified contractors (short-list) which is limited to the highest scoring six (6) or fewer if six contractors do not meet the requirements of the SIR. The North American Industrial Classification Standard is 236210 – $39.5 million. This procurement is open to full and open competition. All qualified contractors are encouraged to apply All required documents are attached. Revised SIR noted as Amendment 0002 has been posted to clarify the requirements.
