The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking for a qualified contractor to provide the following: * Work shall include but is not limited to: Flooring replacement, Siding replacement, Ceiling tile replacement, Duct cleaning, and rodent abatement/mitagation at two FAA radar facilities near Denver CO. * Contractor must be able to obtain access (badging) to the airport and training/certification to drive inside the airport grounds. A background check may be performed by the airport authority. * Due to the contract type and size, contractors with airport access and local to the State of Colorado will have preference. * Contractor must be able to provide bonding insurance for the full amount of the project. This contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Construction Contract and the evaluation factors will be based on "Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable" offer.
