The requirement is for various life safety, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler system upgrades and/or repairs to provide continued compliance with applicable codes and standards for the Potomac Consolidated Terminal RADAR Approach Control Facility (TRACON) (PCT) and adjacent Air Traffic Control System Command Center (ATCSCC) (DCC) located in Warrenton, VA.
