The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the replacement of all exterior doors at El Paso International Airport (ELP ATCT) in El Paso, TX. Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. Please note the FAR references cited in Beta.SAM are not applicable to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS). This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR. A site visit date is pending and will be released in a subsequent amendment. All questions regarding this SIR should be submitted in writing to Erin Crabtree at erin.m.crabtree@faa.gov. All questions must be received : TBD Proposals are due no later than Oct 09, 2020 @ 1700 CST. Any proposal received after 1700 CST on Oct 09, 2020 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award. To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal that is in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
