The Federal Aviation Administration contemplates issuing a Screening Information Request (SIR) for the completion of the replacement of all exterior doors at El Paso International Airport's Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) in El Paso, TX. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Tower Cab Roof Access Hatch. a. Replace Door Handle with New Handle and Associated Items. 2. Junction Level Catwalk Door (T-J). a. Sand and Paint Existing Frame b. Replace Door with New Lockable Metal Door c. Install New Door Hardware. d. Paint New Door. e. Paint Interior Wall Adjacent to the Door. 3. 1st Floor Break Room Door (B-1). a. Install New Insulated Metal Door with Wired Glass Window. b. Install New Hardware. c. Paint New Door. d. Sand and Paint Door Frame. 4. 1st Floor Back Hallway Doors (B-2). a. Install New Double Insulated Metal Doors. b. Install New Door Hardware. c. Paint New Door. d. Sand and Paint Frame. 5. 1st Floor Back Mechanical Doors (B-3). a. Install New Hollow Metal Doors. b. Install New Door Hardware c. Paint New Door. d. Sand and Paint New Door. 6. 1st Floor South Tunnel Doors (B-4). a. Install New Hollow Metal Double Doors. b. Install New Door Hardware. c. Paint New Door. d. Sand and Paint Door Frame. 7. 1st Floor North Tunnel Doors (B-5). a. Install New Metal Double Doors b. Install New Door Hardware. c. Paint New Door. 8. Entrance Storefront Doors (B-6). a. Install New Aluminum Storefront Doors and Frame. b. Install New Associated Hardware. c. Install New Laminated Glass for the Door. d. Installed New Tinted, Reflective Film for the Whole Front Glass System. e. Adjust Concrete Under Storefront Threshold To Allow Doors To Clear Sidewalk. The principle North American Industry Classification Systems Code is 238290 At this time, the nature of the competition has not been determined. The FAA may decide to do a full and open competition or a set-aside for small businesses or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a) Program. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, 8(a) certified firms, and ALL other business types and sizes, capable of providing renovating mobile assets. The FAA would also like comment on a proposed contract type. In order to assist with acquisition strategy development and to gain a better understanding of the commercial marketplace, the FAA requests the following information from interested vendors: A.
