This Request for Offer (RFO) is for Janitorial Services , Landscaping Services & Vegetation Control Services at the Various Guam Facilities located at the Guam Air Traffic Control facility (ZUA CERAP)... This Request for Offer (RFO) is for Janitorial Services , Landscaping Services & Vegetation Control Services at the Various Guam Facilities located at the Guam Air Traffic Control facility (ZUA CERAP) located in Barrigada, Guam to be completed as required in the Statement of Work that is located in Section C of the attached RFO 697DCK-20-R-00341. This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort are: 561210 (Facilities Support Services), with the size standard of $19.5 Million. 561720 ( Janitorial Services), with the size standard of $41.5 Million. 561730 ( Landscaping Services) with the size standard of $8 Million. The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a base year plus four option years. A Site Visit will be held on Monday, 07/20/2020 at 0900 (ChST) and for the remote sites and RTR on Thursday, 07/24/2020 at 0900 (ChST).
