The Contractor must be familiar and experienced in the maintenance and cleaning of federal facilities. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, suspension, transportation and other items or services necessary to provide complete janitorial services in accordance with this specification for the Reno Flight Standards District Office (Please see Statement of work titled "Primary Reno FSDO SOW"). This contract requirement is being set aside for competition amongst small businesses only. Please note that a site visit will not be offered but detailed pictures along with a floorplan will be provided. Contractors must be registered on the System for Awards Management (beta.SAM.gov) website before any contract award can be made.
