Amendment 0001: This amendment provides answers to vendor questions (see attached) and extends the final proposal due date to Thursday, June 25 at 5pm Eastern. Hazardous and nonhazardous waste disposal and recycling services in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Please see: 1) attached soliciation, 2) SOW, 3) Wage Determination, and 4) Customer Satisfaction Survey Questions from Offerors are due NLT June 4 at 5pm Eastern. Final proposals due NLT June 15 at 5pm Eastern. Solcitations should be signed and Sections K and I should be filled out. Please also provide a per-year total for each line item and yearly total and an overall grade total for base and four years. Offerors must be active in SAM.
