The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the roof replacement located at A80 Peachtree Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON) facility in Peachtree, Georgia. The SIR/RFP is posted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. This announcement is not intended to guarantee procurement of the services, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract. The Government is not liable for costs associated with the preparation, submittal of inquiries or responses for this announcement and will not reimburse any firm for cost incurred in responding to this public announcement. All questions regarding the SIR must be submitting in writing to Ms. Thuylinh TranNguyen at thuylinh.trannguyen@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than June 3, 2020 by 1500 EST. Questions received after 1500 EST on June 3, 2020 will not be considered. Proposals are due no later June 23, 2020 by 1500 EST. Any proposal received after 1500 EST on June 23, 2020 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award. An optional site visit will not be available for this requirement. The attachment labeled “A80 Roof Replacement Virtual Walkthrough” provides photos of the site for Offeror’s reference. A virtual site visit is scheduled for May 26, 2020 at 1330 EST. All participants must submit interest in writing to Ms. TranNguyen no later than May 25, 2020. A zoom link will be emailed to all interested participants prior to the meeting. To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
