Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, supplies, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and any incidental engineering to replace four Liebert Air Handling Units: two (2) 12-Ton units and two (2) 3-Ton units as required on the Scope of Work. Estimated Potential Value = Under $150,000. Department of Labor, Davis-Bacon Act Wage Determination will be in effect for this project. Site visit has been scheduled on Wednesday 18 MAR 2020 at 10:00 AM Local. Site visit is mandatory for all prime contractors interested in submitting a proposal. Furthermore, interested contractors must fill out a copy of the Past Experience Form and provide at least two references for similar projects within scope.
