This project is to renovate the Salt Lake City ARTCC B-105 & B-107 restrooms per the solicitation specifications. The work includes but is not limited to: (1) Removal of floor and wall finishes; (2) Removal of water closets, shower stalls, vanities, urinals, toilets, door B-107, solid surfaces and various restroom accessories; (3) Removal of mechanical systems such as duct accessories, plumbing fixtures and associated piping; (4) Removal of electrical systems such as lighting fixtures, outlets and wiring; (5) Installation of new floor and wall finishes, partitions, solid surfaces, and new and relocated louvered door for B-107; (6) Installation of new mechanical components such as: duct accessories, sinks, toilets, urinals, shower stalls, and localized plumbing connectivity; (7) Installation of new electrical components such as: lighting, outlets, switches and wiring; and (8) Inspect and test existing floor drain in both restrooms, clear drains of any debris or resolve any deficiencies by repair of modifications to ensure proper drainage.
