The Contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, licenses, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide weed/herbicide services at multiple locations in Texas, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code for this project is 561730, landscaping services. Submit Offers To: See Part IV, Section L of the solicitation.
