The purpose of this Request for Offers is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, licenses, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide Janitorial and Grounds Maintenance/Landscaping Services at multiple FAA facilities in Texas and Louisiana, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates.
