Point of Contact: Tony Bryant, Contract Specialist 817 222-4178 Tony.W.Bryant@faa.gov The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking competent and qualified small business Plumbing, Heating & Air Contractors interested in providing offers for the work described below General Statement of Work: MAF ATCT: Provide all labor, materials, supervision and transportation to replace fire pump system at George Bush International Airport Air Traffic Control Tower in accordance with the specifications and drawings that will be included with solicitation. 1. Contract performance time is 15 calendar days after NTP 2. This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside 3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors 4. The Small Business Size Standard is $16.5 Million 5. The rough order of magnitude for this proposed construction project is between $25,000.00 and $75,000.00. 6. Site Visits are not mandatory, but may be requested. Information will be specified in the Request for Proposal. The Request for Proposal Package is expected to be available late February 2020.
