The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the replacement of boilers hot water pumps and HVAC located at the FAA Minneapolis (MSP) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) facility. AMENDMENT #1 has been uploaded with Q&As, pictures, and list of vendors that attended the site visit. THIS IS AN ANNOUCEMENT THAT THE PROPOSALS WILL BE DUE APRIL 24, 2020. AN OFFICIAL AMENDMENT WILL BE POSTED NEXT WEEK. The SIR/RFP is posted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Annoucements. Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. This annoucement is not intended to guarantee procurement of the services, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract. The Government is not liable for costs associated with the preparation, submittal of inquiries or responses for this annoucement and will not reimburse any firm for cost incurred in responding to this public annoucment. All questions regarding the SIR must be submitting in writing to Ms. Thuylinh TranNguyen at thuylinh.trannguyen@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than Apirl 17, 2020 by 1500 EST. Questions received after 1500 EST on April 17, 2020 will not be considered. Proposals are due no later May 13, 2020 by 1500 EST. Any proposal received after 1500 EST on May 13, 2020 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award. An optional site visit is scheduled for March 11, 2020 at 1300 CST at MSP ATCT. Offerors interested in attending the site visit must provide written notice to Thuylinh TranNguyen at thuylinh.t.trannguyen@faa.gov by 1200 EST on March 9, 2020. Information regarding the site visit is in Section B of the SIR. To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
