NAICS Code: 531120, Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses) Full and open competition (no set-aside) The Place of Performance is at the contractor’s facility. Performance must take place within a 15-mile radius of one of the two major Washington DC airports, Dulles (IAD), and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and easily accessible by car or public transportation. The Contractor must provide training space, equipment, parking, transportation/shuttle service, audiovisual services (and ability to access audiovisual equipment), and the blocking of rooms to support the mission of the FAA. Scope of work includes set up and tear down for each of the offerings. There will be occasions that the FAA will require multiple offerings to be conducted simultaneously. In addition, there is a requirement for the participants to have local access to food and beverages to minimize the impact to the event agenda. Access to food may include either venue supplied food or restaurant locations nearby. Venue supplied food is subject to FAA approvals and will be Optional until otherwise directed by the COR. The scope of work encompasses offering Succeeding in Your First Year (SYFY), Technical Operations Leadership Development Program (TOLDP), Air Traffic Leadership Development Program (ATLDP), and New Manager's Course (NMC) training sessions, as well as additional training deliveries to meet expanding mission requirements.
