Make: Prentice Hydro Ax Model: 621B Serial Number: 3377 Year Manufactured: 1991? (estimated) Repairs: The rotary shaft ( part # 10014027 or 9421-200 ) which connects the hydraulic motor to the blade bar is sheared and needs to be replaced. In addition, we need to replace the blade bar (part # 8051970), blade pins (part # 1030-016 (2ea) ), blade set (part # 10055479 or 1010-087-4), blade bar mounting bolts ( part # 8576-951 (10ea) ), blade pin hardware (parts 8576-871 and 9210-901) and all rotor housing/shaft seals/bearings/bearing cups and associated components. The FAA will provide transport of the equipment to and from vendor’s location for the repair. The repair work shall include parts, labor, and shipping costs associated with obtaining the parts.
