The acquisition strategy for this procurement has not yet been determined at this time; however, either an unrestricted competition or set-aside will be chosen depending on the response to this market survey. The responses to this market survey will be used for information purposes only. This is not a Screening information request for proposals of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred associated with the preparation or in response to this market survey. The scope of work for this project is outlined below, but is not limited to the following: Layout and Site Preparation, Excavation, Installation of pre-cast and/or cast in-place reinforced concrete foundations, Hand hole installations, Placement of Prefabricated Equipment Shelter and installation of required conduit and terminations to building Electrical power service work, Underground electrical/control conduit/duct bank installation, Electrical cable installation and testing, Electrical grounding, Equipment assembly (DME), Moving of Equipment (LOC equipment rack), Associated site work and cleanup, CAI and systems acceptance. Refer to the attached Project Specifications for a detailed description of the requirement.
