There is no solicitation available for this requirement and no award will be made from this notice. This notice is to seek interested vendors with the capabilities to fabricate: 872 Crystal Oscillators 872 Crystal Ovens 200 PROMS for the Air Route Surveillance Radar (ARSR) 4 Long Range Radar. A statement of work and drawings are attached for reference only. Any interested party would need to provide company capabilities detailing company experience in the fabrication of oscillating crystals. Past Experience would have to be within the past 10 years. The components needed for the ARSR-4 crystal oscillators are the crystals, the ovens and PROMS. The ARSR-4 is a 3-D, long range, L band surveillance radar that provides search height and detection of small targets from 5.0 to 250 nmi. Offerors shall provide a Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) for the fabrication of the crystals, ovens and PROMs. Please submit your capabilities statement along with your past experienced and the ROM to todd.butler@faa.gov
