The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), En Route Construction Branch (AAQ-540) has a need to replace exhaust fans and vent hood ducts at the Los Angeles Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) located at 2555 East Avenue P, Palmdale, CA. 93550. See the attached solicitation package for details. A one-time site visit is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, August 14, 2019. Site visit attendees will meet with Mr. Audie Andres at the Los Angeles Air Route Traffic Control Center guard station located at 2555 East Avenue P, Palmdale, CA. 93550. Contractor parking is available adjacent to the guard station. Please note that facility access is limited to U.S. citizens or legal residents only. Please have valid picture identification ready for inspection upon arrival. Site visit attendees shall pre-announce their intent to inspect the site by emailing site visit attendee names to mark.salum@faa.gov no later than noon Pacific Time on Monday, August 12, 2019. Offers are due no later than 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, August 23, 2019. All offers shall be emailed to mark.salum@faa.gov.
