The purpose of this Request for Offer is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, license, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide Janitorial Services at Kenai facilities in Alaska, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates. This is a Small Business Set Aside. Small businesses competing for this acquisition shall certify their status on the Business Declaration form inserted following Part IV, Section K.
