The Contractor must perform semi-annual, annual, and five-(5-)year Elevator Inspection Services; certify to the proper operation and safety of the elevators as required by the FAA; and perform the other services described herein. Elevator Inspection Services must be provided for elevators in the Eastern Service Area (ESA), covering one hundred fourteen (114) elevators and fourteen (14) chairlifts as listed on the Appendix A, Elevator Listing. The FAA reserves the right to revise the list of elevators to be inspected by the Contractor.
