The Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision and other items or services necessary to provide a bucket truck with a forty foot working height, NYC DOT permits for the bucket truck, and two NYC DOT-compliant lane closure crews to access a FAA light station located in the center of Grand Central Parkway between 82nd ST and 94th ST near LaGuardia Airport, Flushing, New York. 1. Provide a bucket truck with a forty-foot working height and a truck operator. Procure all NYC DOT permits for the bucket truck to travel and operate on the Grand Central Parkway. This includes Single Use Highway Travel Permits as needed to allow the truck to get onto and off of the GCP, permits for the lane closure crews, and a Truck unit Over-Dimensional and Over Weight Permit if needed. 2. Provide two NYC DOT-compliant lane closure crews to close both left lanes of the GCP. This includes attenuator trucks, arrow boards, signs, cones, safety barrels, safety personnel and any other required material or personnel.
