Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to update the associated wage determination; correct a solicitation provision fill-in; and correct a misspelling. The offer due date and time is not extended as a result of this amendment. See attached amendment document for further details. --------------------------------------------------------------- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), En Route Construction Branch (AAQ-540) has a need to replace the roof, guardrails, and crossover stairs at the Anchorage Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) Ops Support Wing building located at 700 N. Boniface Pkwy, Anchorage, AK. 99506. The estimated construction magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. See the attached solicitation package for details. A one-time site visit is scheduled for 2:00 pm Alaska Time on Tuesday, May 7, 2019. Site visit attendees will meet with Mr. Stan Lawrence at the Anchorage ARTCC guard station. Prospective site visit attendees shall pre-announce their firm's intent to inspect the site by emailing mark.salum@faa.gov the names of proposed site visit attendees no later than noon Pacific Time on Friday, May 3, 2019. Requests for Information (RFIs) arising from the site visit shall be emailed to mark.salum@faa.gov no later Noon Pacific Time on Monday, May 13, 2019. Responses to RFIs will be provided via solicitation amendment only. Offers are due no later than 5:00 pm Pacific Time on Friday, May 24, 2019. All offers shall be emailed to mark.salum@faa.gov.
