THIS IS A TOTAL SET ASIDE FOR 8 (A) SEDB BUSINESSES The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Service Area Boonsboro, Maryland approximately 16,657 total square feet with 13,115 square feet of space in need of Custodial Services. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Custodial Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor must perform to the standards in this contract.
