Amendment 0002 - This amendment provides responses to Requests for Information (RFIs); incorporates additional terms and conditions; adjusts the period of performance for project completion; and extends the offer due date and time. ------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 0001 - This amendment provides drawings in MicroStation format to aid potential offerors in understanding the project requirements. ------------------------------------------------------------- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), En Route Construction Branch (AAQ-540) has a need to paint exterior building surfaces of the FAA Center Radar Approach Control, Air Traffic Control Tower, and Guard House facilities in Barrigada, Guam. See the attached solicitation package for details. A one-time site visit is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Guam/Chamorro Time on Wednesday, March 20, 2019. Site visit attendees will meet with Mr. Bill Jay at the Guam CERAP guard station located at 1775 Admiral Sherman Blvd., Barrigada, GU. 96913. Please have valid picture identification ready for inspection upon arrival. Site visit attendees shall pre announce their intent to inspect the site by email to mark.salum@faa.gov no later than noon Pacific Time on Wednesday, March 13, 2019. Requests for Information (RFIs) arising from the site visit shall be emailed to mark.salum@faa.gov no later Noon Pacific Time on Friday, March 22, 2019. Responses to RFIs will be provided via solicitation amendment only. Offers are due no later than 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, March 29, 2019 (unless otherwise amended). All offers shall be emailed to mark.salum@faa.gov. NOTE: ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST HAVE A TOTAL FILE SIZE OF LESS THAN 10 MB.
