The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), intends to prequalify the top rated three (3) contractors interested in this requirment, in accordance with the attached RFQ document. The pre-qualified contractors would then move on to the RFO (Phase 2) of this solicitation, for work associated with the Design-Build of a new ATCT/TRACON facility located at the Teterboro Airport, in Teterboro, NJ. The successful offerer must be able to complete a minimum of 15% of the onsite work using its own resources. The SIR & RFQ Documents are attached. The FAA will be prequalifying Prime or General Contractors only. Contractors who prequalify will be eligible to receive a Request for Offer. All submittals must address the evaluation criteria and must be sent per the instructions of the attached SIR. Submittals received after the closing date will not be considered.
