The design services are detailed in the attached Screening Information Request (SIR) 697DCK-19-R-00032, to include all attachments. The FAA anticipates an award of an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five (5) year base period and at the FAA’s discretion, two 2-year option periods. Offers, submitted in response to this Screening Information Request (SIR) will be evaluated in two phases with the most highly competitive proposals advancing to Phase II. This approach and other Offeror submission requirements are provided in Section L. All questions/inquiries must be provided via email to the Contracting Officer, Mary Higgins at mary.higgins@faa.gov no later than 01/10/2019, 1:00 p.m. (ET). The FAA will not be liable for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this solicitation.
