Design Build Irrigation System Market Survey This is a market survey for a new requirement to perform complete design and construction services required to install an irrigation system on the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) campus, for the Federal Aviation Administration. (See attached DRAFT Statement of Work.) Vendors are encouraged to review this announcement on the System for Award Management (SAM) Website at https://sam.gov. The purpose of this announcement is to conduct a market survey to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from interested vendors in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.1.2.1. This market survey will enable the FAA to review responses that are current and will assist with acquisition planning based on current data. Responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. The FAA contemplates awarding a design build contract to complete this irrigation system. It is anticipated the contract will be Firm Fixed Price. The FAA will review the responses to this Market Survey and will make appropriate acquisition planning decisions that best meet the FAA’s needs. The results of the Market Survey will assist the FAA to determine the extent of the requirement that may be set-aside for Small Businesses (SB), Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Small Businesses (SDB/SEDB), [8(a)], Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVO), and Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB). This market survey is to request information that will enable the FAA to make a screening decision to determine qualified firms that have the ability to provide these services. The FAA reserves the right to add other sources which meet the criteria and have performed satisfactorily on previous procurements.
