Sources Sought for Bombardier CRJ 700 Initial Pilot Qualification Training
The FAA is conducting a market survey to identify sources capable of providing commercial off-the-shelf Bombardier CRJ 700 initial pilot qualification training for FAA Flight Standards Service and Aircraft Certification Pilots under an attached Performance Work Statement. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement covering training types for each aircraft, previous contract training experience and past performance, SAM UEI number, years in business, geographic training area, and approach strategy. This is for informational purposes only and is not an SIR/RFP; the FAA will not pay for information or costs incurred in preparing responses. The FAA may use the results to decide between full and open competition and set-asides for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, or SBA 8(a) certified firms; 8(a) firms must include their certification letter if applicable. All questions must be emailed to the contract specialist, and responses should be submitted by email to Shelley.A.Howard@faa.gov; no phone calls.
