ARSR4 Collector Power Supply Test Station Solicitation
The FAA requires an ARSR4 Collector Power Supply Test Station (CPSTS), test adapter, and test/repair software capable of testing and repairing FAA ARSR4 CPS and PPS units to statement-of-work specifications. The requirement uses NAICS 334290 with an 800-employee small business size standard and will be full-and-open competition. Offerors must provide an executed solicitation package, pricing proposal, and a detailed technical proposal limited to 30 pages for technical factors 1 and 2, including subcontractor rationale, qualifications, and pricing if subcontracting is proposed. Pricing may be based on adequate price competition, but the contracting officer may request other-than-certified cost/pricing if competition does not materialize; SAM registration is required. DOT’s Short Term Lending Program offers eligible small, disadvantaged, and women-owned businesses short-term working capital loans at prime interest rates with a maximum line of credit of $750,000.
