Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) Industrial Waste Water Treatment Plant Upgrades
The FAA’s Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center is seeking small-business proposals for an Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades construction project at that center, with an estimated price range of $10,000,000 to $20,000,000. The procurement is a total small business set-aside. A mandatory pre-proposal conference/site visit will be held at 10:00 a.m. Central Time on Monday, November 2, 2026, at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center; offerors may send up to three representatives and must provide written notice of intent to attend by 12:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, October 30, 2026. Proposals from offerors who do not attend will not be considered. An amendment adds Buy American construction-materials clauses and steel/manufactured-goods certification requirements.
