The FAA is conducting a market survey to identify interested sources capable of providing subscriptions to Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 Enhanced Map overlays, Graphical Weather Overlay, and Synthetic Vision System airport/runway databases for aircraft equipped with Rockwell Collins IFIS and ECMT. Responses are for informational purposes only; this is not a screening information request or RFP, and the FAA will not accept unsolicited proposals or pay costs incurred in responding. The nature of the competition is undetermined, and the FAA may use full and open competition or set aside all or part for small businesses or eligible SBA-certified 8(a) firms.
