The work must be coordinated with the FAA on a "not to interfere with operations" basis at this active, 24/7 facility. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment, and is responsible for cleanup, restoration, and proper waste disposal. The Davis Bacon Act applies to this contract.
