The FAA requires fabrication of conversion kits to modify ATCBI-5 rotary joints at ASR-8 sites for compatibility with the RSR architecture. The contractor must furnish all labor, facilities, equipment, and materials to produce the kits. The work includes one first article unit (CLIN 001) and an option for up to thirty production units (CLIN 002) after first article approval. Delivery of the first article is required no later than 90 days after receipt of order, with FAA acceptance or rejection within 30 days of receipt, and production units due within 180 days after first article approval.
