This is a market survey for a firm-fixed price contract to provide approximately 36 hours of Lightning Protection for Aircraft training for FAA inspectors and engineers, with class sizes not exceeding 12 students. The purpose is to gauge interest and capabilities from businesses to help determine if the subsequent competition can be set aside for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, or SBA 8(a) certified firms.
