All contractors must have an active registration in SAM (sam.gov) in order to be eligible for award. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside for NAICS Code: 236210-Industrial Building Construction. Small Business Size Standard: $39.5M The estimated Project Magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $50,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds are not required for this requirement. All pre-construction materials will be reviewed/approved prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). A site visit is scheduled for January 22, 2025, at 9:00am PT.
