CT. *Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a Questions and Answers attachment. The Proposal Due Date remains as Monday, November 13, 2023, 3:00 P.M. CT. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Enterprise Services Center (ESC) has a requirement for Financial Services. The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Type contract with a 1-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods, if exercised. The SIR/RFP is set-aside for 8(a) businesses. Each offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with the instructions in Section L of the SIR/RFP. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with Section M of the SIR/RFP. The Government intends to make one award from this Solicitation. This acquistion utilize Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. Award will be made to the Lowest-Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror deemed responsible and whose proposal is responsive ot the soliciitation requirements. Award will only be made to eligible 8(a) certified offerors that have received a secondary SBA 8 (a) qualification letter which states the offeror has been determined to meet updated social disadvantage requirements. Offerors may be required to provide evidence of this letter to the CO prior to award. Proposals are due no later than 3:00 p.m. (Central Time Zone), November 13, 2023, and must be electronically submitted to the Contracting Officer, Stephanie Riddle at Stephanie.R.Riddle@faa.gov. The following information must be listed in the subject line of the e-mail proposal: "6973GH-24-R-00020 - Your Company Name". If all requested infomration is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for contract award. All questions pertaining to this SIR/RFP must be submitted in writing NO LATER THAN 1:00 PM CT, November 03, 2023, to allow adequate time to answer and publish on the System for Award Management (SAM). The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.
