A cover letter or table of contents will count against this limit regardless of how your company enumerates the pages of the technical proposal. Do NOT put technical volume information in the price volume/proposal to try to circumvent this page limitation. Offerors are encouraged to eliminate any and all "fluff" from their technical proposals to meet the page count limitations. Also, do NOT reduce font to an unacceptablly small level. Ensure to follow Section L & M exactly to ensure your proposal is given proper consideration by the government. Second Update 9/28/23: Please ensure to read and comply with clause 3.6.1-7 LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING (JUL 2021). The Q&A has been updated due to the amended solicitation/SIR. A revised wage determination has been attached to the amended solicitation/SIR. The due date for proposals has been extended to 10/27/23 at 2 p.m. CDT. Update 9/25/23: Please note the updated FAA Policy to verify offeror 8(a) status prior to award: "Award will only be made to eligible 8(a) certified offerors that have received a secondary SBA 8(a) qualification letter which states the offeror has been determined to meet updated social disadvantage requirements. Offerors may be required to provide evidence of this letter to the CO prior to award.” The due date for proposals remains unchanged. Update 9/15/23: A Q&A spreadsheet is posted in response to questions asked by the deadline stated in the solicitation/SIR. As a result of the Q&A process, the SOW is updated (dated 9/15/23) and a "Seniority List" is also published. Referring to the Q&A spreadsheet will help explain why the SOW was updated and why a "Seniority List" is posted. The due date for proposals remains unchanged. This requirement is 100% set-aside for certified 8(a) small business. The contract will be for administrative support services at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, OK.
