August 1, 2023 - UPDATE Questions and answers have been posted As a result, the following documents have been updated and added to this notice (obsolete versions have been removed): SIR 6973GH-23-R-00148, dated August 1 "Attch 1 - Performance Work Statement" dated August 1 "Attch 2 - Pricing Schedule" dated August 1 The solicitation due date and past performance questionaire due date have been changed to 3pm CST on Friday August 25, 2023 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has issued a formal request for the Teaming Partner Acqusition (TPA) for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Enterprise Service Center (ESC). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, and other items/services necessary to support ESC as noted in the solication and attachments. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING, EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER ABBY SCHULTZ via email at abigael.k.schultz@faa.gov <--please note the spelling of the name This procurement will result in a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and is a Partial Small Business Set-Aside. Details outlining this are included in the attached solicitation. The current BPA Awards are: 6973GH-20-A-00001, awarded to Accenture Federal Services LLC 6973GH-20-A-00002, awarded to Ascent Consulting LLC 6973GH-20-A-00003, awarded to i360technologies Inc 6973GH-20-A-00004, awarded to International Business Machines Corporation QUESTIONS CUT-OFF: All questions are due to the Contracting Officer, Abby Schultz via email at abigael.k.schultz@faa.gov by 10:00 a.m. CST on Monday July 24, 2023. Please use "Questions for 6973GH-23-R-00148" in the subject line. Technical and cost proposals are due no later than 3:00 p.m. local time (Central Time Zone), Friday August 11, 2023 via email to the Contracting Officer, Abby Schultz. Please use "SIR Response for 6973GH-23-R-00148" in the subject line. In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 3:00 p.m. CST, August 11, 2023, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award. PLEASE NOTE: All specific dates used are for reference only, the period of performance will be updated appropriately at time of award with actual dates. This SIR is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
