1/24/2023 REVISED to correct NAICS code and update information in Section M and L of the RFQ. Revised Technical and cost proposals must be received by the FAA no later than 5:00 P.M. CDT, February 3, 2023. Bids can be electronically submitted to joe.oglesby@faa.gov. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Level I Aircraft Systems Familiarization Training in accordance with Air Transport Association (ATA) 104 Specification for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airworthiness (Maintenance / Avionics) Inspectors on the following: Aerospatiale ATR-42 (FAA28420) Sikorsky S76 (FAA28485) Bombardier BBD-700 (FAA21850006) Falcon 900 (FAA21900013) Cessna 680A (FAA21900014) Challenger 350 (FAA21900015) The FAA contemplates award of a Fixed Price - Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with 1-year base with 1, 4 year option periods. The award will be made to the vendor with the lowest price technically acceptable proposal. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST. Technical and cost proposals must be received by the FAA no later than 5:00 P.M. CDT, January 12, 2023. Bids can be electronically submitted to joe.oglesby@faa.gov. In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 5:00 P.M. CDT, January 12, 2023, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.
