The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a current requirement for Commercial Moving and Installation Services. The Contractor shall provide, manage, and maintain all labor, materials, and supplies required to support the FAA mission. The Contractor shall furnish all contract oversight and management including supervisory and technically trained personnel, uniforms, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to provide commercial moving and installation services for the MMAC. At this time the Solicitation is Set-Aside for 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Businesses only. (See the attached PWS for further detailed information). This requirement is anticipated to support a Labor Hour, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract type for five (5) years 12-month base with four (4) one (1-year) renewable options. See the attached Solicitation for detailed instructions required in submitting a proposal. Please follow the instructions outlined in the Solicitation to ensure a responsive bid. Following all instructions outlined in the solicitation such as Sections L & M where you will find the Proposal Evaluation Process, Factors, and Criteria. Please complete and address all fill-ins throughout the solicitation. Most are located in Section K but there are others in different sections, throughout the solicitation so please read the solicitation in its entirety. The proposals are due NLT February 15, 2023, @ 4:00 PM, CST. The proposal must be emailed to Nia Glover- nia.glover@faa.gov. Include the Solicitation number in the subject line of all emails.
