QandA Sheet.pdf All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE 1 10/18/23 To eliminate confusion, the Total Small Business Set-Aside classification has been removed. This project is 100% set-aside for SDB and since there is not an option to select SDB in the SAM.gov set-aside drop-down menu then Total Small Business Set-Aside had previously been selected. No changes to the solicitation have been made and this project is still 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Businesses. --------------------------------------------------------------- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for parking lot and driveway repair at Isla Grande (SIG) Airport Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) in San Juan, PR as found in the Statement of Work (SOW) attached. The FAA intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract to the lowest price offeror otherwise eligible for award. The estimated performance time is 60 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed (NTP). The estimated value of this construction project is $75,000.00 and $125,000.00. This competitive award process is 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB). Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and represent as a Small Disadvantaged Business in SAM representations and certifications to be eligible for award. Further award eligibility requirements are contained in the terms and conditions of the SIR. This project is funded by the Bilateral Infrastructure Law (BIL). See attached Uniform Bilateral Infrastructure Law Report located in the attachments and BIL clause 3.18-1 in the SIR document for instructions for the additional reporting requirements associated with BIL funded projects.
