The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires the design and assembly of one (1) CellTech Trailer to be delivered to Mike Moroney Aeronautical Center. The contractor shall provide a Cell Tech Trailer or equal in accordance with the attached specifications. An award for this requirement is anticipated to be made to the offeror providing lowest quote for brand name or equal trailer, received on or before April 26, 2023 that can be determined fully responsive and responsible. Request for Quote This is a competitive RFQ for Fixed price purchase order. As such, any proposals received that take exception to the terms and conditions in this RFQ, proposes additional terms or conditions, cannot be evaluated at face value in a competitive environment and will, therefore, be determined ineligible for award. Any activities or costs associated with offerors proposal development and submission thereof is at the risk of the offeror and will not be reimbursed by the FAA. QUESTIONS All questions regarding the project/specifications/plans must be received in writing via email to haylee.p.hildebrand@faa.gov no later than April 20, 2023 at 1400 CT to allow for responses to be provided prior to due date for receipt of proposals.
