SYNOPSIS OF REQUIREMENT This requirement is to provide for the replacement of priority Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Tactical Communications (TACCOM) Maintenance & Repair (M&R) Backup Power Systems anticipated to include engine generators, transfer switches, uninterruptable power systems (UPS) installations and replacements, and the removal of the ReliOn Hydrogen Fuel Cells at the following three sites. • RGV-Ports Mansfield- Currently has a LP Generac 25kW EG that needs to be replaced with a marine coated generator of like kind, i.e., Generac, Kohler, etc. Transfer switch needs to be changed and possibly LP tank. • RGV-Seaport Brownsville- Currently has a LP Generac 25kW EG that needs to be replaced with a marine coated generator of like kind, i.e., Generac, Kohler, etc. Transfer switch needs to be changed and possibly LP tank. • RGV-Roma Bethal- Currently has a LP Generac 25kW EG that needs to be replaced with a marine coated generator of like kind, i.e., Generac, Kohler, etc. Transfer switch needs to be changed and possibly LP tank.
