Do you happen to know who services the controls for the facility presently? Day Automation in Rochester, NY is contracted for the HVAC controls. 2. After reviewing the documents provided, and receiving your response regarding no plans, how are bidders supposed to quantify an accurate response to the scopes regarding duct work without drawings or a layout? Drawings AEA-D-34684-M003 have been added to the SIR for reference only as Attachment 8. Disclosure of the Size of Construction Project: Between $100,000 and $250,000 See 3.2.2.3-63 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (JUL 2004) for site visit POC. Site Visit is scheduled for 29 March 2022@ 0900 EST. All Questions are due NLT 5 April 2022 by 1400 CST. Proposals are due NLT 19 April 2022 by 1400 CST. NOTE: Please notify the POC NLT 2 business days (25 March 2022) if the offeror plans on attending the site visit. Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, clean up, and supervision required for upgrading the existing HVAC system in various areas of the base building. The location of the equipment is at the Rochester Air Traffic Control Tower (ROC ATCT) Base Building at the Greater Rochester International Airport located in Monroe County, Rochester, New York. The work shall result in a fully functioning system completely compatible with the existing building HVAC systems, such as VAVs and the existing Tower Cab HVAC system
