The scope of work for the PTS Replace Fire Suppression System at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, OK includes: 1. Description of Facility: 1.1 Building Area: 39,014 SF 1.2 Building Age: Built 10-31-2005 1.3 Building Function: Training, classrooms, admin. spaces, etc. 2. Description of Work: 2.1 Upgrade fire suppression, fire alarm system, ceiling system and lighting in the PTS facility. 3. All work done must meet all the requirements spelled out in the project drawings and specifications and/or as directed by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). All components must be UL listed and other applicable standards listed in the project specification approved by the COR. All work done must be approved by the COR. 4. The contractor must pre-order and have materials on-site prior to phasing start dates to accomplish each phase of work. 5. Prior to the start of any construction work, the contractor and sub-contractors are required to pre-order all materials required to complete the work scheduled to ensure all materials are delivered to work site prior to start of work.
