The contractor shall furnish necessary equipment, materials, labor and supervision to perform the following work at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) facility's MIA RCAG radar site located at 2606 NW 93rd Ave, Miami, Florida 33172. The Scope of Work (SOW) includes the following; Placement of minimum of 4-inch thick asphalt pad ( 40' x 30' = 1,200 sf) at DHP VOR site (NW comer of the fenced in area) for parking and storage of mobile equipment. Also, rehabilitate existing asphalt drive surface from the front entrance gate located at NW 25th Street, north to DHP VOR site, DHP Building, and then continuing north to the Miami RCAG site entrance (reference attachments). This shall include the placement of a minimum 2-inch thick layer of asphalt on the drive (12' x 2,500' = 30,000 sf).
